Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email us at least 48 hours in advance at info@ascendtexas.com - REFUND REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY PHONE. Cancellation within less than 48 hours of the appointment would be non-refundable and is not applicable for rescheduling. In the event of rain or other serious weather conditions, Ascend Camp & Retreat Center reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment. One of our staff will contact you early in the morning on the day of your booking only if a cancellation is necessary. The staff member who contacted you will also assist in rescheduling your booking. If rescheduling your booking is not possible, you can request a refund by emailing us at info@ascendtexas.com. Ascend strives to make all booked experiences with us enjoyable and regrets canceling appointments for conditions out of our control. However, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we thank customers for their understanding.
