Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email us at least 48 hours in advance at info@ascendtexas.com - REFUND REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE BY PHONE. Cancellation within less than 48 hours of the appointment would be non-refundable and is not applicable for rescheduling. In the event of rain or other serious weather conditions, Ascend Camp & Retreat Center reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment. For cases such as light rain, one of our staff members will contact you early in the morning on the day of your booking to offer you a ride on an alternative trail or a 30% refund. If the weather is too extreme and rides are not possible, a staff member will contact you to inform you of the cancellation and assist with getting your ride rescheduled. In such cases, you will also receive a full refund. Ascend strives to make all booked experiences with us enjoyable and regrets canceling appointments for conditions out of our control. However, the safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we thank customers for their understanding.
