Q. What is the Cowboy Style Meal?

Our Cowboy Style Meal features roasted rotisserie chicken served with mash potatoes, green beans, and a fresh fruit salad.

Q. What if I'm vegetarian or have food-related allergies?

For all food-restricted diets and allergies, please mention them when booking, so we can take them into consideration.

Q. Can we be more than two riders?

No, our Valentine's Event is designed for couples, so there may only be two riders per booking.

Q. Am I allowed to come with family or friends?

Yes, if you do not have a date, you are more than welcome to come with a family member or a friend. However, our limit for this event is two riders.

Q. Can I cancel my appointment?

To cancel, you must contact us at least 96 hours in advance of your appointment, and you will be eligible for only a 50% refund. Cancellation of fewer than 96 hours will result in forfeiting your total payment. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q. Can I reschedule my appointment?

No rescheduling will be possible for reservations made as this is a special 4-day event.

Q. What happens to our reservation in the case of rain?

In cases such as light rain, all appointments will carry on as scheduled. However, if the weather is severe, your horse guide will reach out by text to inform you that your appointment has to be canceled. In this case, we will refund you $150 and reschedule your ride for another day without the meal.
